How Coaching Works

What to Expect

Simple, sustainable, and tailored to you. Here’s how we’ll work together—from first chat to steady progress.

  • We’ll talk goals, health history, and schedule. I’ll do a quick movement screen and outline your first 4-week plan.

  • You’ll get a progressive training plan built for your fitness level, equipment, and time.

  • We’ll train live (virtual 1:1 or small-group) and/or you’ll follow your program independently. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable and supported.

  • We assess strength, energy, and recovery, adjust your plan, and set the next realistic target.

Formats (choose your fit)

Virtual 1:1 – Real-time coaching, form, and motivation.
Small-Group – Train with a few like-minded women; fun + accountability.
Programming-Only – A plan you can follow on your own (with app support).
Hybrid – Programming + nutrition + monthly virtual check-ins.

Tools We’ll Use

  • Coaching App (Trainerize): workouts, video demos, logs, habit tracking

  • Check-Ins: weekly message or call to review wins + roadblocks

  • Progress Tracking: photos, measurements, or strength tests

  • Optional: video form checks for feedback

Weekly Rhythm (typical)

3 strength sessions • 2 cardio/conditioning • 5–10 min mobility most days • 1 check-in.

What You’ll Need

A small space, a phone or laptop with camera, and Wi-Fi.
Nice-to-haves: dumbbells, bands, a mat, and a bench (we’ll adapt to whatever you have).

Meeting with your trainer for personal workouts is an excellent method to maintain motivation and achieve results. Your trainer can regularly monitor your movement patterns and any compensations or imbalances. Moreover, having your trainer by your side provides the additional encouragement and motivation needed to complete your workout.
