I'm Amie, founder of Ascend Training & Wellness.
I've spent over a decade coaching people through pain, stress, injury recovery, burnout, and the physical wear that comes from modern life and work. My background is in Exercise Science, corrective movement, strength training, mobility, and wellness coaching, with experience leading both individual and group programming.
Much of my work has centered around helping women feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with their bodies, especially through seasons of high stress, recovery, and transition.
Ascend at Work brings that same practical approach into workplaces. No performative wellness culture. No generic wellness apps people stop using after a week. Just real support that helps people feel and function better in their bodies.
